Joe graduated from California State University, Fresno, where he studied Physical Education, physiology of exercise, kinesiology and biology. He received the Scholar Athlete Award his senior year as well as All American Honors in Track and Field competing in the Decathlon.
He has started and managed several companies including World Class Health and Sports Center and Future Medical Technologies International. He started FMTI with one of his inventions and then through a successful acquisition became Covalent Group and is currently trading on the NASDAQ market under the symbol ENCO. He retired from Covalent in 1996.
Joe has developed six patented products and has numerous others in development. He is currently Chairman and CEO of HIPSco, and Team HIPP Intl. Sports Management, which provides: business management services for professional athletes, Coaching services, health and athletic programs, and hypnotherapy services.
His main Company, Stunning Innovations Inc., develops products from the idea stage, all the way through to manufacturing, marketing, sales, and distribution. Stunning Innovations currently has many products on the market or in various stages of development.
